1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

3. Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you a shipping confirmation by email.

4. Prices and VAT
All prices include the applicable statutory VAT.

5. Payment terms
Payment is made exclusively via Shopify Payments.

6. Delivery
Delivery is done using the print-on-demand process. Production and delivery times are typically 5 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday).

7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing online in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Since our products are individually manufactured using the print-on-demand process, we ask for your understanding that returns are only possible within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
In the event of justified defects or incorrect deliveries, you are of course entitled to a return or replacement.

8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Liability
We are liable without limitation only in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

10. Dispute resolution
